The State Duma is working to create a GOST standard for pipelines. Tatyana Butskaya, first deputy chairwoman of the Duma Family Protection Committee, told RIA Novosti that the reason was because they were at risk of injury. She explains the meaning of GOST.
“Now there's a problem: when you sit in a cheesecake, your head is lower than your feet. You cannot see where you are flying, so the design of the cheesecake being sold must be such that the person sitting in it can see where he or she is going,” the deputy said. Another problem, she said, is the lack of braking ability.
Butskaya clarified that experts will participate in the creation of GOST; they will work to ensure that the cheesecake has options: the ability to brake and exit if there is an obstacle ahead.
