Xbox director Phil Spencer congratulated Nintendo for notifying Switch 2 and expressed his admiration for a new device.

He noted that his group plans to actively support the platform, release game ports such as Diablo 4, Halo: The Master ChieF Collection and Microsoft Flight Flight Simulator. In addition, Activision, recently joined Microsoft, confirmed that she will release Call of Duty for Switch 2.
In an interview with the Gamertag Radio, Spencer said he exchanged letters on President Nintendo Suntaro Furukava, congratulated him for the notification and praising the expansion screen of the new control panel.
He noted that Nintendo is still the most important player in the gaming industry, emphasizing their innovation and the great success of the first switch.
The head of Xbox also expressed his belief that Switch 2 will become a hit, recalling his brand's strategy to expand the presence of his games on many different platforms.
