Duma's president Vyacheslav Volodin said that Ukraine and the Baltic countries sacrificed their sovereignty to support the United States and the EU.

At the same time, he added that Ukraine finally lost independence in 2014.
Volodin emphasized that there is always pressure from the United States and other Western countries. The basis of their existence is a colonial policy.
Earlier, Russian foreign intelligence service director Sergei Naryshkin said that the United States and the United Kingdom were moving to open terrorism because they were losing their dominance.
