An insider who goes by the nickname Dusk Golem has denied some rumors about Resident Evil 9, calling the statements of other representatives of his profession “nonsense”.

In particular, “Golem” noted that information about Jill Valentine participating in the game is not true. The female protagonist does not have a big role in the story as previously rumored.

In addition, previous data appeared that in the ninth game one of the locations would be a hospital, but this also turned out to be untrue.

Expect the usual RE9 news, almost all of the recent rumors about the game are complete nonsense.

The insider's statements about Jill will certainly upset fans of the heroine, but Dusk Golem especially wants to prevent such stories in advance – so that later someone will not be even more upset.

It's possible that some details about the new product's plot from previous leaks are also untrue. True, Dusk Golem itself cannot be called a reliable source of information. For example, he predicts the ninth installment will be announced in 2024.

At the same time, Dusk Golem also addressed the issue of upcoming remakes of the series – according to him, the next “update” will be Resident Evil Zero.

By the way, Capcom themselves have not yet officially announced the ninth part, although they admitted that they are developing the next game in the series. It is expected that the main character of “nine” will be Leon, and the plot will complete the story from Resident Evil 7 – these rumors have not yet been refuted.
